barcode scanners. The two scanners, manufactured by Hand Held Products, have
been tested and approved by Automotive Inspection Systems for use with their
safety inspection program, MVIRS.
The imaging scanners utilize a USB interface, but function as serial
scanners which allows instantaneous
capture of the barcode data. L-Tron ships the scanners
pre-configured for MVIRS, and installation is quick and easy.
Select the scanner style you like; either the corded point and shoot 4600r,
or the wireless point and shoot 4820p (which allows you to scan VINs on
doorposts beyond the reach of corded scanners).
