Delivery and Shipping Information

Address Verification & International Shipping

Address verification is a protective measure we take to safeguard you against fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request customary forms of identification; e.g. a driver's license, like a standard walk-in outlet. Consequently we conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the legitimacy of your purchase with the goal of protecting your credit.

Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, it is best to contact your card-issuing bank and have your shipping address added as an alternate shipping address to your card. You will need to let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the merchant needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud.

    (excludes AK, HI & PR). Some restrictions may apply.
  • We will ship from the warehouse closest to your location.
  • Orders with the same billing and shipping address will ship the quickest.
  • Air orders are considered high priority and are moved to the "front of the line".
  • Orders will be processed the same or next business day.
  • Next Day Saturday delivery is available, and can be arranged by calling (800) 830-9523 .
  • Residential address requires a delivery signature confirmation.
  • As soon as your order leaves the warehouse tracking numbers are emailed to the address entered when you placed your order.
  • Access to tracking information may vary from immediate to several hours dependiing on the warehouse location.
  • Delivery dates are based on business days.
  • Shipping to a PO Box is not possible.
  • Orders returned as "undeliverable" or "refused" will be charged a minimum $30 fee.
  • Sales tax may be applicable.
  • We will only accept U.S credit cards.
  • Or orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. Funds via Wire Transfer (EFT).
  • There is a $500 minimum order requirement (excluding shipping).
  • Orders may be subject to applicable brokerage and customs fees, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the receiver/buyer.
  • Any export license or other authorizations and interactions required with customs are the responsibility of the receiver/buyer.
  • International collect shipping terms cannot be accepted. Prepay & add shipping will apply.
