Printer Express adds several important value-added services to the basic Extended Warranty. Under the Printer Express program, Datamax-O'Neil will manage an inventory of customer-owned printers which are used to replace defective units sent in for repair. Upon notification of a customer's failed printer, a replacement printer will be shipped out on the same day. Once received from the customer, the defective printer will be repaired and placed into the managed inventory program and become available for overnight exchange should another customer printer need service.
The Comprehensive Value-Added Service Option sets a new standard in printer warranties. When added to any Datamax-O'Neil Extended Warranty, every element of the printer (except batteries and accessories) is covered for the duration of the contract - the case, electronics, and even the printhead. Datamax-O'Neil's Comprehensive Service Option is unique in the market with its no-fault protection policy - covering repairs to printer components that have been subjected to physical damage or harsh operating environments - for up to 5 full years. This valuable option can be easily added to any Datamax-O'Neil Extended Warranty plan - including the Priority and Printer Express programs.
