The Depot Support Service Plans are the most affordable service plans available for the repair of the Intermec products. All repaired units are returned to the customer in like new condition. This service includes all parts and labor needed to bring the device back to its original condition. It is cleaned, calibrated, and all failed components are replaced and in most cases, even replace covers, keypads, or triggers at no additional cost, even if they were not the reason for the product failure. The depot plans are designed for those customers who want the same high quality repair that they would receive with the standard warranty, but with faster guaranteed turnaround on repairs. There is a choice of two-day, four-day or five-day repair response times, measured from the time a unit arrives at an Intermec Repair Center. Intermec's ability to meet these response requirements is unmatched in this industry. These low-cost customer-centric Medallion service plans ensure that the systems performance meets the needs at a minimum cost. Technical telephone support is also included with either Medallion Service plan.
With low-cost Bronze Service, the unit will be repaired and shipped back within five business days of its receipt at the Repair Center. Intermec will pay return freight of the repaired unit.
Intermecs 25% Day-One Discount will be applied to any Medallion Service program purchased within 30 days of product sale.
