The standard version of the software is the complete fixed asset database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. Keep asset records up to date and periodically take a physical inventory of assets. Data fields include barcode ID, location, department, maintenance, purchasing, warranty, lease, deprecation, information technology and 15 other user definable fields.

All RedBeam software packages come with a pack of blank barcode labels that can be printed on your standard laser printer, or you can print to any barcode label printer that uses Windows drivers. - Scan
Use the fixed asset tracking software to print a report of bar coded count sheets that allow you to take periodic inventories of your fixed assets. Go from location to location and mark the count sheets with each asset found. - Track
